Rafał Zakrzewski is a political scientist by education, a graduate of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. Additionally, he has the title of MBA at the Rotterdam School of Management/GFKM Gdańsk. He has over fifteen years of management experience. Professionally, Rafał Zakrzewski was associated with Procter & Gamble, where in the years 2004-2015 he held various managerial positions in the sales department of the modern, professional and trade marketing channels, working with such brands as Oral-B and Head & Shoulders. At P&G, he also gained his first international experience, managing the development of the Oral Care category for the CEEMEA area. In 2015, he joined the Irish group Glanbia as Country Manager responsible for Poland. The following year, he was promoted and responsible for a regional position managing the entire Central European region. Since 2017, he has been managing the strategic region of Germany, Benelux, Austria and Switzerland, where conducted restructuring, building regional competences and tools in the field of e-commerce and digital marketing. He also used his experience in the advertising industry, supporting the development of Metromedia Polska and in the consulting industry, where he cooperated with Global Strategy Poland - an Italian company specializing in strategic consulting.
A graduate of law studies at the University of Silesia in Katowice. With experience in servicing commercial law companies. In 2008, he started working as a lawyer at SARE sp. z o.o., earlier he took his first steps as a lawyer in OS3 sp. z o.o. From 2009 to the present day, he has been providing legal services for tuPolska sp. z o.o. In 2013, after completing his application, he passed the bailiff exam. In the years 2011-2012, he was the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Hostersi Group S.A. From 2010 to 2016, he sat at the Supervisory Board of the Digitree Group (formerly SARE S.A.), in which in the years 2013/2014 he was the Chairman. At the turn of 2015/2016, he completed a course for candidates for Supervisory Board Members. He can objectively assess the effectiveness of actions undertaken by the Group’s companies and advise on the selection of certain development paths. Since 2013, he has been the President of the Management Board of the Foundation for Development and Protection of Electronic Communications. At Digitree Group S.A., he is responsible for legal aspects related to the company's operation.
A graduate of the Faculty of Management at the University of Gdańsk. He has been associated with the Internet products industry since 2004, as a leader in video and VoIP products at Implix. He has been associated with the e-commerce market since 2007, thanks to his work on the Nokaut.pl price comparison site, where he was the main analyst and product manager. He has been a board member responsible for development and strategy since 2015. He also used his experience in the startup industry as a co-founder of the global product UXPin.com, which was co-invested, among others, by the Andreessen Horowitz fund. He is responsible for product policy in the Digitree Group, including support for innovation and integrity of the entire range of services offered by the Group..
A graduate of the University of Economics at the Faculty of Finance and Insurance, major in accounting. He has been involved in finance and accounting since 2004. In the years 2005–2008, he was an accountant responsible for maintaining full accounting, preparing clients' financial statements, as well as contacts with foreign clients. In 2008-2013, he was the coordinator of the accounting team at Ista Shared Services Polska and PricewaterhouseCoopers SDC Poland. He has been working with Digitree Group S.A. since 2013 (formerly under the name SARE SA), where he has been the Financial Director since 2016. At Digitree Group S.A., he is responsible for supervision over the accounting of the entire Capital Group and the Control Department, as well as preparing financial statements.

Before that, Dawid Sukacz worked as an Investment Director in the largest Polish pension fund - Commercial Union. Dariusz Górka is a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology, and Finance at the NYU Stern School of Business. Previously, he co-created the AdVice online advertising network, and managed the BNP Paribas internet marketing department. Tomasz Woźniak actively participates in client projects, focusing on validation of business models and strategic planning. He is also a lecturer at several universities, including Collegium Civitas and Kozminski University. In the years 2015 - 2019, he was head of the "mobile" working group at IAB Polska. He also acts as a mentor at popular start-up events, and an advisor for several young entrepreneurs. He is fascinated by habitual changes that were initiated by smartphones, and typing of technologies that may become massively used in the future. Łukasz Hołubowski has many years of experience in international consulting companies, and in conducting large projects and optimization of business processes. He implemented projects for the largest financial institutions in the world. Currently, he is vice-president of the management board at Rafako CG, and in previous years he was the president of the management boards of subsidiaries at the Orlen CG and KGHM, and the President of the Agricultural Market Agency.
